Refunds

You have a 30-day grace period for a full refund if you wish to terminate the service.
You have 31-60-days to receive a 50% refund if you wish to terminate the service.
No refunds will be provided after 60 days.
Refunds will be calculated less any hours provided.
All refunds will be subject to a rate adjustment depending on how many hours were provided.

We require a 12-hour minimum notice prior to scheduling any session.
We require a 3-hour minimum notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
Failure to show up for a scheduled session will result in the hour(s) being deducted.
The tutor will wait 15 minutes from the time of the scheduled session before ending the session. Any late-time will be deducted from the session.
Students should join the session fully prepared. The session will start as soon as the session starts at the scheduled time.

We recommend the student to come fully prepared for the sessions and identify specific areas and/or questions from the homework/lesson they wish to cover.
Students are expected to provide/share their own material for the sessions (i.e. homework, assignments, lessons, etc.). Material can be provided in advance to the tutor via email.
Students are expected to have all the necessary technology needed for the virtual sessions (i.e. computer, stable internet connection, microphone, speakers/head-set, camera (optional), etc.).
We shall keep all information provided by the customers fully confidential, and will not share any sensitive information with any third parties unless written permission is provided.
We cannot promises or guarantees with regards to a student's performance as a result of any tutoring provided.
